This Privacy Policy explains how Verbola (“Verbola”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Verbola mobile application, website, and related services.
Verbola helps IELTS and TOEFL learners create study plans, track progress, and manage exam preparation. This policy is written for the current Verbola product and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.

AI-Assisted Planning
Verbola may use AI-assisted plan generation or replanning features. When these features are enabled, relevant study-planning information may be sent to an AI service provider so a study plan can be generated. This may include exam type, exam date, target score, daily study time, weak skills, progress patterns, and task-completion context.
We do not intentionally send your password, payment card details, or private authentication tokens to AI providers.
If AI is unavailable or disabled, Verbola can fall back to deterministic plan generation.
Subscriptions And Payments
Verbola Premium subscriptions are handled through App Store or Google Play purchase flows and managed with RevenueCat.
Payment processing is handled by the relevant app store. We receive subscription and entitlement information so we can activate or remove Premium access. We do not receive your full credit card number or full payment credentials.
Your app store account controls subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trial terms.
Advertising
Verbola may show ads to free users in selected app areas. Ads may be served through third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect or receive device identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other information according to their own privacy policies and your device settings.
Premium users may receive a reduced-ad or ad-free experience only if this is confirmed in the current product offering.
