These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Verbola, including our mobile application, website, study-planning tools, Premium features, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or using Verbola, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Verbola.
1. About Verbola
Verbola helps IELTS and TOEFL learners create study plans, track progress, complete daily tasks, use focus sessions, review study resources, and prepare more consistently.
Verbola is an educational planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official IELTS or TOEFL exam provider.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use only accounts that you own or are authorized to use.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at contact@verbola.io.
3. Study Plans and Educational Use
Verbola may generate study plans, tasks, insights, reminders, progress summaries, and AI-assisted suggestions.
These features are educational support tools only. They do not guarantee exam scores, admission results, certification, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for exam registration, official test rules, study decisions, and how you use Verbola’s recommendations.
4. AI-Assisted Features
Some features may use AI-assisted planning or recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable from time to time.
We may limit, replace, suspend, or modify AI-assisted features to protect reliability, safety, cost controls, or product quality.
5. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases
Verbola may offer Premium access through auto-renewable subscriptions, free trials, promotional access, or other paid features. Subscription title, duration, price, and trial details are shown before purchase in the app and/or App Store purchase sheet. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to the subscription plan you selected. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Verbola account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies. Premium features, prices, trial availability, and subscription plans may change over time. We aim to keep subscription value clear and fair.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Verbola for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or data.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the service.
- Submit content that violates laws, platform rules, or the rights of others.
- Use Verbola in a way that harms the service, other users, or third-party providers.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risks, policy violations, or harmful use.
7. User Content and Study Data
You may submit or create information such as exam details, weak skills, notes, tasks, mock results, and progress data.
You retain ownership of your content. You give Verbola permission to use it as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using Verbola, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Verbola may rely on third-party services such as app stores, RevenueCat, Google, Apple, AI providers, analytics, advertising, hosting, database, logging, and support tools.
9. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion in the app or by contacting contact@verbola.io.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
10. Service Availability
Verbola is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but interruptions, bugs, delays, data loss, or feature changes may occur.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
Verbola, including its design, branding, software, text, graphics, features, and content, is owned by Verbola or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Verbola except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbola is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that study recommendations will produce any specific result.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbola will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, exam outcomes, or service interruptions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Verbola changes. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of Verbola after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
